Kenneth L. Shropshire is David W. Hauck Professor Emeritus of Legal Studies and Business Ethics and Professor Emeritus of Africana Studies. He was previously Faculty Director for the Wharton Coalition for Equity and Opportunity and served as CEO of the Global Sport Institute and the adidas Distinguished Professor of Global Sport at Arizona State University.
Collin D. Williams, Jr., is an educator, author, and researcher addressing race and other issues of diversity through the lens of sport. A prolific speaker, Collin has facilitated hundreds of engagements training thousands of players, coaches, staff and top executives across the sport industry (NFL, NBA, WNBA, NASCAR, NHL, NCAA, etc.) with the education nonprofit RISE, as well as with A Call to Men and the USC Race & Equity Center. Williams has also worked in social responsibility and player programs for the NBA and as assistant director of player engagement for the NFL's Baltimore Ravens.
