Susan M. Wachter on Home Sales and Slow Growth

“We can not depend on new home sales to get us out of this slow growth, in fact the best that we can hope for is continued slow growth,” said Susan M. Wachter on Bloomberg Television’s “InsideTrack.” Wachter is a coeditor, along with Marvin M. Smith, of The American Mortgage System: Crisis and Reform.
