Penn author Tom Nichols (The Eve of Destruction: The Coming Age of Preventive War and No Use: Nuclear Weapons and U.S. National Security), Professor of National Security Affairs at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, went on O'Reilly's program to debate the proposal, which he called "morally corrosive" and "a terrible, terrible idea."
