It is with great sadness that acknowledge the recent passing of Eric C. Schneider, Assistant Dean, Associate Director for Academic Affairs, and Adjunct Associate Professor of History at the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as the author of Smack for Penn Press along with numerous other books.
