How do I change my address?
Please visit the My Account page and log in. In the Addresses section, click on one of the address boxes. After you make the change, click “save” in the upper right-hand corner and then hit “close.”
How do I know if my subscription is active?
Please visit the My Account page and log in. In the Journals section, click on “receipt” on the right-hand side. Under Your Journals Cart, your subscription will appear along with the expiration date.
How do I renew my subscription?
On the journal’s homepage, select the “Subscribe/Renew” button. Select the subscription option of your choice and add it to the shopping cart.
How do I login to access my journal?
Please visit the My Account page and log in. In the Journals section, click on the “Read Journal Online” link.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Please visit the My Account page and click on “Get temporary password.” We will send your password to the email address we have on file for you. Once you log into “My Account,” you can change your password by clicking on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
Can I buy a single article?
Yes—you can buy access to a single article through Project MUSE, our journals hosting platform.
Can I pay with a check?
Yes—please download the subscription order form for your journal on the “rates” tab of each journal’s homepage.
How do I purchase back issues?
Back issues of all of our journals are available for purchase. For pricing, please see the “rates” tab on the journals’ homepages. Email journals@pobox.upenn.edu to place a back issue order.
If I don’t receive my copy of the journal or if it’s damaged, how do I get a replacement?
You can place a missed issue claim by emailing journals@pobox.upenn.edu. All missed issue claims must be made within six months of publication (nine months for overseas subscribers). After this date, you will be charged the price of a single issue for your replacement copy.
