How<\/em><\/strong> do I change my address? <\/strong> <\/em>
Please visit the My Account page<\/a> and log in. In the Addresses section, click on one of the address boxes. After you make the change, click \u201csave\u201d in the upper right-hand corner and then hit \u201cclose.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I know if my subscription is active?<\/em><\/strong> 
Please visit the My Account page<\/a> and log in. In the Journals section, click on \u201creceipt\u201d on the right-hand side. Under Your Journals Cart, your subscription will appear along with the expiration date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I renew my subscription?<\/em><\/strong>
On the journal’s homepage, select the “Subscribe\/Renew” button. Select the subscription option of your choice and add it to the shopping cart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I login to access my journal? <\/em><\/strong> 
Please visit the My Account page<\/a> and log in. In the Journals section, click on the \u201cRead Journal Online\u201d link. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do I do if I forget my password?<\/em><\/strong> 
Please visit the My Account page<\/a> and click on \u201cGet temporary password.\u201d We will send your password to the email address we have on file for you. Once you log into “My Account,” you can change your password by clicking on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I buy a single article?<\/em><\/strong> 
Yes\u2014you can buy access to a single article through Project MUSE, our journals hosting platform<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I pay with a check?<\/em><\/strong> 
Yes\u2014please download the subscription order form for your journal on the \u201crates\u201d tab of each journal’s homepage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I purchase back issues<\/strong>?<\/em> 
Back issues of all of our journals are available for purchase. For pricing, please see the \u201crates\u201d tab on the journals\u2019 homepages. Email journals@pobox.upenn.edu<\/a> to place a back issue order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I don\u2019t receive my copy of the journal or if it\u2019s damaged, how do I get a replacement?<\/strong> <\/em>
You can place a missed issue claim by emailing journals@pobox.upenn.edu<\/a>. All missed issue claims must be made within six months of publication (nine months for overseas subscribers). After this date, you will be charged the price of a single issue for your replacement copy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
